I am 21 years old and from South Africa and I have recently come to the decision that I do not want kids.

Everyone keeps saying that I will change my mind but I will not and I do not want to conform to traditional norms and just have kids for the sake of having kids.

I want to travel the world, work on my career, be rich and spoil myself with luxury goods and having kids does not suit the life that I want to lead and my lifestyle. I do not want to be a mother and I see no benefit to having kids.

I want to empower other women and remind that they have a choice whether or not they want to have kids.

If I have kids, I will not be able to live my dream life. I want my life to be focused on me and not my kids.
